Founded in 2017, Rosie’s Gluten Free Sweets, Inc. has made its mark in the community with their dedicated gluten free kitchen and their nostalgic creations.
Owner, Pamela Strelcheck, has over 10 years of gluten free baking experience and is living out her dream with her on-staff baking specialists. Their specialties have stretched to local coffee shops throughout McHenry, Cook, Lake, and Kane counties as well as across the Wisconsin border.
They bake with love and find true success in making their customers feel special.
